An amazing way to get, the best results is to pound the boneless chicken to an even thickness. It helps in tenderness and even cooking. Use a meat mallet to pound the thickest parts so the whole piece of meat is of approximate even thickness.

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the George Foreman Grill for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/4"-1/2".
Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper to taste
