Making the boneless skinless chicken breast can be very challenging. If you have a George Foreman Grill or any other indoor press grill, you can use it to make a delicious chicken breast.
To get a tender and delicious chicken, ensure your meat is thin and even in size. You can use a meat pounding mallet and pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch or less.
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preheat your grill for at 5 minutes.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, using a meat tenderizer. Cover both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the chicken on the grill and close cover.
Grill for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
