This recipe is very basic and uses simple ingredients. On our recipe we are going to use boneless pork chops that are 1/2 – 3/4 inch thick. Got some thicker chops, No worry, you can butterfly cut them into thinner chops for easier and faster cook.

Onion powder and some salt and pepper rounds out the rest of the flavors.

- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons of prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Heat a 10-12 inch skillet over medium/high heat.
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt, pepper and onion powder.
Heat pork chops in skillet for 3 minutes on each side.
In a small bowl, mix honey and mustard.

Reduce heat to medium/low and cover and let cook for 5-8 minutes. The Internal temperature should be 160 degrees F.
