Ingredients
- 2 lbs . vegetables cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 lb . beef cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 tbsp aromatics such as ginger optional, garlic, or shallots
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs optional, e.g. basil or cilantro
Instructions

Take a large wok or frying pan and heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the meat, and stir beef until browned for about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the beef or set it aside from wok or frying pan.

Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another two or three minutes.

Add the garlic, onion and fresh herbs you might have. Cook for another minute. Stir until vegetables are tender

Mix the meat and add the Stir Fry Sauce. Serve hot.
